Burke Wealth Management

Methodology

The Fund is designed to be the core portion of an investor’s equity exposure. The Fund seeks to invest in high-quality companies operating in attractive industries with long term growth prospects that exceed those of the broader market. Each investment is made with a 3-5 year time horizon in mind so that the favorable growth attributes of the companies in the Fund’s portfolio are allowed to compound in a tax efficient manner. The Sub-Adviser seeks to invest the Fund’s assets in securities that typically exhibit one or more of the following characteristics: they disrupt existing or inefficient business models; they possess network effects that are difficult to replicate; or they generate growing streams of recurring revenue. A 3-5 year holding period allows the Sub-Adviser to look beyond day-to-day market noise and focus on the long-term growth prospects of a company.  The companies in the Fund’s portfolio tend to be large-to-mega cap in size and would generally be classified as growth rather than value. The Sub-Adviser views risk more in terms of permanent impairment of capital and as such, the businesses invested in exhibit strong balance sheets and growing streams of recurring revenue.

Fund Objective

The BWM Quality Growth ETF seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation.

Performance quoted represents past performance and does not guarantee future results. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so shares may be worth more or less when redeemed or sold. Current performance may be lower or higher than that quoted. Short term performance, in particular, is not a good indication of the fund’s future performance, and an investment should not be made based solely on returns.

The Fund is new and therefore does not have a performance history for a full calendar year as of the most recent quarter end. Returns are average annualized total returns, except those for periods of less than one year, which are cumulative. YTD is year-to-date.

Market Price Return is calculated using the price which investors buy and sell ETF shares in the market. The market returns in the table are based upon the midpoint of the bid/ask spread at 4:00 pm EST, and do not represent the returns you would have received if you traded shares at other times.

NAV Return represents the closing price of the underlying securities.

Historical Premium / Discount

The Premium/Discount shows the difference between the daily market price of the Fund’s shares and the Fund’s net asset value (“NAV”). The table shows the premium or discount of the mid-point price as a percentage of the NAV as well as the number of trading days the Fund traded within the given premium/discount range.
