Kenneth M. Burke Jr., CFA
Ken graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1997 with a degree in Economics and Mathematics and earned his M.B.A from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business in 2001 where he was a Sord Scholar. Ken is a CFA® charter holder and serves as an advisor to the University of Texas MBA Investment Fund. Ken has been a long-time West University Little League baseball and SFL football coach, is an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Prior to joining Burke Wealth Management, Chris served as Vice President within the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan in Houston. In his role as a Banker, he guided affluent families in navigating how to plan, borrow, invest, and save for long-term financial security. Before that, he served as Vice President, Financial Advisor at CAPTRUST in Raleigh, NC, one of the nation’s largest independent investment firms, where he was responsible for providing retirement plan advisory services to corporate fiduciaries.
Chris graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Economics and Minor in Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise. Chris is a native Houstonian, attended Strake Jesuit for high school and lives in Spring Branch. Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf, spending time with family in the Texas Hill Country, and most importantly, being a husband to his wife Maddox, and a father to their daughter, Lucy.
